These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MEENAKSHI BULLION website, mobile application,
and gold & silver booking service (the "Service"), operated by MEENAKSHI BULLION ("we", "us", "our"). By
creating an account, logging in, or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please
do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
Accounts are created and approved by MEENAKSHI BULLION. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate KYC details (including PAN and, where required, Aadhaar). Providing false information may result in your account being suspended.
We may set, change, or remove a booking limit (in grams) on your account at our discretion.
2. Rates
The rates shown are indicative live bullion prices and may change at any time without notice.
Rates do not include making charges, GST, or other applicable charges unless expressly stated. Final retail bills may differ.
Displayed rates are not an offer to buy or sell at that price; a transaction is only formed when a booking is confirmed and accepted by us.
3. Bookings
A booking reserves metal at the live rate shown at the time of booking. It is a reservation, not a completed sale.
Bookings are subject to your available limit and to the product being open for booking.
A booking made against a rate that is more than a few seconds old may be rejected, and you may be asked to confirm again at the current rate.
We may decline, cancel, or reverse a booking in cases of obvious error, system fault, suspected misuse, or where required by law.
4. Payment & delivery
No online payment is collected through the Service. Payment is made in person at our counter.
Physical delivery and the final GST bill are completed at our counter, subject to payment and identity/KYC verification.
A reserved booking is fulfilled only after settlement at the counter.
⏱ 24‑hour payment rule.
Once a booking is placed, payment must be completed at our counter within 24 hours. If payment is
not made within 24 hours, the booking will be cancelled automatically, and a
cancellation charge (fine) may be levied. This charge is calculated on the basis of the prevailing
(current) bullion rate at the time of cancellation — for example, to cover any adverse movement between the booked
rate and the current rate. By placing a booking you accept this 24‑hour payment condition.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
You agree not to misuse rate information or bookings in a fraudulent or abusive manner.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we
are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from rate fluctuations, delays,
interruptions, inaccuracies in displayed data, or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how
we collect and handle your information.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts
at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
